It is made of T3 high-quality red copper or T2 thickened red copper, with a purity of over 99.9%, ensuring that the current transmission efficiency is increased by more than 30% compared to aluminum baseline clips. The high electrical conductivity of copper (with a resistivity of approximately 0.017Ω·mm²/m) effectively reduces line losses, making it particularly suitable for high-frequency current or high-current scenarios.
Toothed interlocking and arc clamping structure:
The internal toothed protrusion design can penetrate the oxide layer on the surface of the wire, forming direct metal contact. The contact area is 40% larger than that of ordinary wire clamps. In combination with the arc-shaped surface clamping structure, by applying uniform pressure at multiple points, the wire can maintain stable creep performance under temperature fluctuations ranging from -30℃ to 90℃.
Integrated components and anti-corrosion processes:
The main body of the wire clamp and the pressure block are made by integral die-casting process, avoiding the problem of easy part dropping in the split design. The bolts and metal parts have all undergone hot-dip galvanizing treatment. Salt spray tests show that its corrosion resistance is twice as good as that of the ordinary nickel plating process, making it suitable for humid or industrially polluted environments.
