Product Features

1. High Strength

Usually made of high-strength aluminum alloy or malleable cast iron, the clamp features high strength, capable of bearing large conductor loads with reliable grip strength. Its grip strength is not less than 95% of CUTS (calculated ultimate tensile strength of the stranded wire).

2. Uniform Stress Distribution

The stress distribution on the stranded wire is uniform. Through reasonable structural design, it avoids stress concentration at the suspension point, thus preventing damage to the stranded wire, improving the anti-vibration capability of the wire, and prolonging the service life of the conductor.

Functional Features
